Return & Refund Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Please contact us before sending an item back.
Ordinary returns
For a change-of-mind return, the throw must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Requesting a return
Email [email protected] within 30 days of receipt with your order number and reason for return. Obtain authorization and return instructions before shipping. Send the item within 14 days after authorization. The authorized return address is nowwanexx, 4 Cité Des Jonquilles, 29830 Plouguin, France.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us if an item arrives damaged, is defective or is not the item you ordered. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. The unused-condition and original-packaging requirements for ordinary returns do not restrict requests involving damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied items.
Return shipping costs
We cover the related return shipping costs when a return results from our error, damage or a defect. For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return shipping costs, including the cost of sending the item to our return address in France.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been checked and the refund approved, the funds will be returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. No restocking fee is deducted.
