Shipping Policy
Free standard shipping is available on all orders to our supported United States destinations.
Shipping destinations
We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. United States territories and APO/FPO military addresses are outside our shipping area. A country appearing in the address selector does not mean that shipping is available to that country.
Order processing
Handling time is 1–2 business days. The daily order cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00), Central Standard Time (Chicago), using a fixed GMT−06:00 offset throughout the year without a daylight-saving adjustment. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day enter the processing window that day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays enter the processing window on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.
Transit and estimated delivery
Transit time is estimated at 3–4 business days after dispatch. Handling and transit are separate stages; together they give an estimated total delivery time of 4–6 business days from the applicable processing start day. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Shipping charges and tax
Standard shipping is free for all orders within our supported shipping area. The store does not add a tax charge at checkout; tax is shown as $0.00. This does not represent a statement that products are legally tax-exempt.
